Jake Etchart Memorial Scholarship
Jake Etchart spent his summers at Fort Peck Lake, where he was often found at the Fort Peck Theatre, a place close to his heart. His family actively volunteered with the theatre, and Jake especially enjoyed watching his sisters, Alexa and Christen, perform on stage.
In Jake’s memory, his family and friends established a theatre scholarship fund, which is now part of the Fort Peck Theatre Preservation Endowment through the Montana Community Foundation. The interest generated from this endowment provides up to two scholarships annually for undergraduate or graduate students pursuing a degree in the Fine Arts.

Applicants must have a history of volunteering or participating in programs sponsored by the Fort Peck Fine Arts Council.
-
Must be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited university.
