Fort Peck Summer Theatre’s 29th Performing Arts Camp:
WHERE DRAMA MEETS SUMMER FUN!
Calling all future Broadway stars (and the occasional dramatic sibling)! If you’re a student entering grades 3-12 with a flair for the fabulous or just looking to have a blast, FPST Camp is your stage! Under the mentorship of real-life professional theatre gurus (yes, the kind who can sing, dance, and make jazz hands at the same time), campers will dive into the world of song, dance, choreography, and theatre basics. By the end of camp, you'll know your spotlight from your stage left.
What’s in it for you?
· Learn to sing like a bird (or at least a super enthusiastic parrot).
· Dance your heart out without anyone judging your TikTok moves.
· Strut your stuff on the iconic Fort Peck Theatre stage during the grand finale showcase—cue the applause!
· Make friends from across the nation and gain enough confidence to demand only green M&Ms in your dressing room.
Whether you’re a seasoned diva or just love to belt out show tunes in the shower, FPST Camp promises 8 days full of fun, creativity, and memories you’ll want to perform over and over. Don’t miss your shot to shine like the star you are and make this summer your encore-worthy debut!

Emitt Northup Achievement Award
The family and friends of Emitt Northup have established an “Achievement Award” in his memory. This award will be given to any camper completing 10 years of perfect attendance.
Over the years, many campers who began tentatively as 3rd graders, go on to celebrate as veteran performers with their peers and friends as Senior campers. It is a joy to watch these kids grow as actors and see their friendships blossom into lifelong skills.
Emitt and Terry Northup have 3 grandchildren who have come from afar to stay with them and attend the Fort Peck Performing Arts camp. Their grandchildren look forward each year to reunite with their many friends in the camp and the community and also the theatre’s professional company. Zach Pierce, the youngest in the string, will be a Senior this summer and among the first to receive the award.
A pottery mug crafted by Daryl Northup, Emitt’s brother, along with a monetary gift will be presented to qualified campers at the final performance.
We ask each camper to keep track of their years and to notify camp staff if they are eligible for the award.
