Raffle Rules
Tickets are $225 each. Only 300 tickets are sold
· Drawings will be held at various locations in Glasgow, MT on the first Wednesday of each month for 12 months. There will also be an Early Bird drawing on the first Wednesday in December for $1,000.
· 1st Prize each month will be a vacation trip for two as described herein.
· 2nd Prize each month is $225 cash
· All vacations are arranged by Destination Travel and subject to availability.
· Destination Travel acts only as an agent and is not the actual supplier of booked travel services.
· Travel insurance is optional and the Winner’s responsibility.
· Black out dates may apply.
· In lieu of trip, the winner may elect to take $1,000
· Trips are non-transferable and must be taken by the winner and must be booked within 12 months of the drawing.
· Winner must be 21 years or older.
· Winner must pay applicable taxes.
· EACH MONTHS WINNING TICKET WILL BE RESUBMITTED FOR SUBSEQUENT DRAWINGS.
· Do not need to be present to win.
· Raffle tickets are not tax deductible.
· In case of a dispute, all decisions by the Fort Peck Fine Arts Council are final.
