What to Do

Visit the Fort Peck Dam and take a tour of the Power House.  Stop

over at the Fort Peck Interpretive Center next door for a history of the

construction of the dam and display of fossils collected, including a

Triceratops skull.  While you are here take in some fabulous Walleye

fishing on Fort Peck Lake.

The Children's Museum of Montana exists to ignite a lifelong passion for learning through hands-on interactive exploration of science, math and culture. 

The Children's Museum of Montana is full of innovative, hands-on activities and interactive exhibits. It offers the most fun per square foot for the young and the young at heart.

Wheatgrass Arts and Gallery is dedicated to local and regional artists, professional and novice.  Its mission is to provide a venue for these artists, to educate and inspire the artist within and to promote community through the visual arts.

The Gallery is host to a multitude of mediums:  ceramics, wood art, glass art, jewelry, oil, watercolor and pastel paintings, photography, sculptures, fiber arts, metal arts, and cards.  

We also host Sip 'n Paint evenings, Open Studio Night, Artist Reception, Adult and Youth art classes and  a gathering place for community groups.

Located at 523 2nd Ave. So, the Wheatgrass Arts & Gallery is located in the "art district" of Glasgow, Montana.
