Volunteer

Fort Peck Fine Arts Council would love your help at the Fort Peck Summer Theatre Productions.

We would not be successful without our generous community volunteers! 

 

Every show, has an opportunity to lend a hand, and be rewarded with a complimentary seat for the show, or a voucher for a different performance.

Read about what each task entails [hover over pictures], and choose your date, as easy as 1-2-3!

USHERS

2 to 4 people are needed to assist patrons in finding reserved seats.  All seats are reserved, patrons must sit in assigned seat prior to show. Any discrepancies in seats (duplicated, wrong show) please contact House Manager in the Box Office

ARRIVE 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO SHOWTIME

TICKET CHECKERS

2 or 4 people will work at the lobby curtains, to check the dates on the patron’s tickets. 

1.   Check to make sure they have a ticket to today’s show! 

2.   Send them to usher, if needing assistance finding seat.

Check in with House Manager at Box Office.

ARRIVE 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO SHOWTIME

CONCESSIONS

AGES 14 YEARS & UP

4 to 8 people are needed for concessions, before the show and at intermission.  Cleaning, sanitizing and restocking will be done after intermission by "Concessions Lead". Check in with House Manager in Box Office.

 

If you don't watch the performance on the day you volunteer, please see House Manager for a complimentary Ticket Voucher.

"CONCESSIONS LEAD" NEEDS TO ARRIVE

1.5 HOURS BEFORE SHOWTIME

ALL OTHER CONCESSIONS WORKER ARRIVE AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE SHOWTIME, PLEASE

Lobby Attendant

LOBBY ATTENDANT

1 person to stand near stairs in lobby, to assist patrons with general questions and guide to lower level restrooms. 

This person will also sell programs.

This task is required before the show and at intermission.  Also, make sure supplies are available in restrooms as needed. Check in with House Manager at Box Office.

ARRIVE ONE HOUR

PRIOR TO SHOWTIME

GIFT SHOP

1 person is needed to open the Gift Shop and assist patrons with merchandise before show and during intermission. Check in with House Manager at Box Office.
