Important Changes for the 2012 season PLEASE NOTE.........

We are making a time change! Beginning with the 2012 season our Friday and Saturday night shows will begin at 7:30 instead of 8:00. Sunday matinee will remain at 4:00.

    Performances on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 pm and Sunday at 4:00.

  • Theatre Camp Dates for the 2012 Performing Arts Camp will be July 31st through August 9th.

    Employment Opportunity The Fort Peck Fine Arts Council is seeking an Education Program Coordinator to run our in-school residency program.

    Will be developing and coordinating art eduction residencies in NE Montana Schools. Residencies are tailored to each schools needs. Must be comfortable marketing program to teachers, administrators and school boards. Experience in grant writing would be helpful. Experience in teaching youth in an arts/theatre setting is desireable. Travel is required.

  • Artistic Director Hired The Fort Peck Fine Arts Council/Fort Peck Summer Theatre is pleased to annouce the hiring of our new Artistic Director, Andy Meyer. Andy will take over the reins of the theatre for the 2012 season. We are thrilled to have him on board as he has already proved himself for his outstanding performances during our 2011 season.

    Dam Cabaret The Dam Cabaret has been set!!! Mark your calendars for July 18, 2012. This event is free to the public and starts at 7:00 pm. Come and see our professional cast take on songs written by some of our countries best composers.

    2012 Trip-of-the-Month Raffle

    The May trip will be to Costa Rica. There will also be a 2nd drawing for $200.

    Season Tickets 2012 Season tickets are now available. Contact the FPFAC office at 228-9216 to order your tickets. Tickets are also available at the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce.

    Council meetings The Fort Peck Fine Arts Council, Inc. meets on the 3rd Monday of every month with the exception of December and February. There is no meeting in December and the annual meeting is held in February at a time and place scheduled at the October meeting.

    The April meeting will be held on April, 16th at 5:30PM in the basement of the City-County Library

    ADA questions The Fort Peck Summer Theatre is wheelchair accessible. Hearing assistive devices are available for the summer theatre performances. For ADA related questions call 406-228-9216.

    Purchase a Theatre Seat

    In 2004 the Fort Peck Fine Arts Council added a state-of-the-art sound system to the Fort Peck Theatre. For many this has made the theatre going experience much more enjoyable.

    The system was a $63,000 investment for the Fort Peck Fine Arts Council and was funded primarily by our "Seat for Life" program.

    The Fort Peck Theatre Preservation Foundation is a permanent endowment dedicated to caring for the theatre building and grounds, the principal is invested in perpetuity and earnings help to make the property safe, accessible and beautiful.
