Jared has been active in the theatre arts since the age of 12 when he performed in his first musical, “Narnia”, at the Fire Hall Community Theatre located in downtown Grand Forks, ND.  Since then, he’s performed in over 50 productions in and around the Grand Forks and Fargo areas.  He has also spent five seasons performing for Frost Fire Summer theatre and the previous season for Crimson Creek, playing the role of Claude from “Hair”, the musical.  When he isn’t running a business as a flooring installer and consultant, he spends his time working for the Fire Hall Community Theatre as Technical Director.  He especially enjoys the children’s musicals, where he feels it’s so important to encourage bright young minds with all their natural talent.  After all, it wasn’t long ago that he was playing “Glimfeather, the eagle” in tights and a leotard!  He dedicates every performance to his father, sister, and late mother, Camille.
